What a sweet family :)
My mom always made us an Easter lamb cake on a bed of coconut "grass" (colored with green food coloring), and black jelly beans for eyes. It is still one of my favorite memories as a kid, and I am on the lookout for an Easter cake mold!
I think your bunny cake is great!
