Here is how I made the deal work for me...only paying $1.10 out of pocket and earning 12 extra care bucks!transaction #1...

The best advice I can offer is to vistit Crystal's blog, I will give the link at the end. CVS has a weekly sale flyer and a monthly sale flyer. At my store the April monthly book is at the front checkout counter. It offers a lot of great sales with extra care bucks. Since you are new you will definitely want to read Crystal's blog. Got here http://www.moneysavingmom.com/ and look on the right side of the page. You will see CVS 101 under the header, "Beginners Start Here".
